Can I start before I pay?

Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access.

What changes when I upgrade?

Higher plans expand your mailbox capacity and the number of CRM apps you can connect. All other features are identical across plans.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly billing gives you roughly 2 months free compared to monthly. You see the effective per-month price before confirming purchase.

Is my payment information secure?

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as the merchant of record. Kaname never stores your card details on our servers.

Where do I manage or cancel?

Go to Settings → Billing inside the app. You can switch plans, view invoices, or cancel anytime — no hoops, no questions.

What happens after the trial ends?

You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't subscribe your account pauses — nothing is deleted, so you can pick up right where you left off.
